Don’t want to hunt down and deliver past tax returns? We get it!  That’s why Cherrywood Commercial offers our Streamline Program for all of our property types. This is especially helpful for active investors with a breadth of companies or complicated entity structures.

  • Loan amounts from $200,000 to $3,000,000
  • No tax returns required for Borrower or Guarantor(s) (Investor properties only. Owner occupied properties need tax returns for business only.)

Need a little more time? Cherrywood Commercial’s Bridge-to-Core Program offers additional flexibility for those who don’t yet qualify for our Core Program, giving the Borrower time to get everything in line for permanent financing.
